Reynolds & Moore ranked No. 1,786 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, the annual ranking of America’s fastest-growing private companies. The company achieved 195% growth from 2022 to 2025.

Growth Built from Within
Founded in 2016 by two engineers who believed that innovation without safety puts people at risk, Reynolds & Moore has grown entirely through organic revenue from its client work.
“What is so special to me is the small group of people who have been here since the beginning and have brought so many others into the mission of the company,” said Founder and Board Member Missy Reynolds.
That client-driven growth has allowed Reynolds & Moore to expand to more than 60 people while continuing to invest in technical training, mentorship, and long-term career development. Throughout that expansion, the company has preserved its people-first culture.
“We have an amazing team committed to improving the lives of the people around us. Our growth has been driven by our clients and is a byproduct of that commitment. We truly are making a safety impact on the world,” said Chief Executive Officer Geoffrey Athey.
In March 2023, Reynolds & Moore expanded its global presence by opening an office in Odense, Denmark. The location complements the original home base in Dallas, Texas, and gives the EU team a physical space to work and collaborate. Together, the US and EU teams support organizations worldwide across robotics, automotive, energy, and other safety-critical industries.

Reynolds & Moore provides functional safety engineering across the full development lifecycle, from research and development through system design, testing and validation, and certification support.
